Multifamily Building Analyst Certification

This 5-day course prepares participants to conduct an integrated energy performance and health and safety analysis of multifamily buildings. Students learn how to: collect critical building data, perform health and safety and energy-related diagnostics on mechanical systems and the building enclosure, and generate an audit report and scope of work. This course is essential for those seeking Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification as a Multifamily Building Analyst.  To attain certification as a Multifamily Building Analyst, students must pass both a written test and a field exam.  Both exams are administered on the fifth day of the course.  

Prerequisite: Student must have Advanced Building Analyst Certification.

Classes are run at Entech facilities at 145 Railroad Hill Street, Waterbury, CT
