Advanced Building Analyst Certification

Certification in Building Performance Institute's (BPI) Building Analyst is the most widely recognized national certification in the home performance industry. What you will learn in Building Analyst:

• Basic theory and practices for work performed in state or utility run energy saving programs
• Understand the variety of systems in a home that affect the energy usage, health and safety of the home
• Conduct safety and efficiency performance tests to assess HVAC system conditions
• Prioritize solutions based on building science

Students must successfully pass an online written exam through BPI and a proctored field exam in order to receive BPI certification as a Advanced  Building Analyst. Both exams are part of the course and included in the cost.
